How We Work

Consultation

We begin with a consultation. Typically this is a 45-minute to 1-hour consult. We will identify your needs as well as well as your wants. I will have prepared an audit of your business as well that we will go over.
We will also go over Chencho Media’s portfolio, FAQ’s and anything you would like to touch base on.
Proposal

At this time, we will send out a Marketing Proposal. This will be an on-depth proposal where I will highlight key needs and wants as well as what our agency will be working on.
This proposal will also include timelines, proposed rates, and any other key information that might be needed or that we talked about during the consultation.
Agreement

After you have reviewed the Marketing Proposal and decide to work with us, a Marketing & Communications Agreement will be sent out.
This is just a basic agreement where I highlight everything we’ve talked about so far such as the proposal, rates, and due dates/ timelines.
Work Starts!

After the Marketing & Communications Agreement has been signed, we begin our work!
Abiding by the proposal and agreement, our agency will reach out every so often to ensure proper communication and up-to-date information is exchanged.
